"I bought this item from WhatEver Store. I love it. It has improved the quality of everything I roast/reheat. I have used it for shrimp, asparagus, broccoli, French Fries, chicken, etc. It removes the grease and allows for foods to be crispier. I do not even have to turn the food over. I read the reviews about the clean up being difficult. I totally do not understand their dish washing skills. Before all the grease ran out on the baking pan, which was extremely difficult to clean, or I wrapped the pan in tin foil. This still resulted in everything be cooked in grease. I have washed the silicone mat in the dishwasher and by hand. It was a breeze."
